You'd use a browser to go to your provider's web access and make anther folder and then a rule to send certain mails to that folder. For example I have Yahoo. So I'd use Safari to sign into yahoo. It is probably what I want to do. In iOS 8 user manual on page 56 it says: Organize your mail with mailboxes. Tap Edit in the mailboxes list to create a new one, or rename or delete one. If you can make it on the server via safari the mail app should respect it. It reads like Apple is using mailbox to refer to what is also called folders.
